Make the zoom box editable.

I think it already is in Windows, actually. Maybe it's just an issue with
the GTK widget flags... If harder than that, postpone for future.

Under Win98/0.7.14, the zoom box is editable under View | Zoom..., but it is 
not editable on the toolbar by typing in a number (clicking on the preselected 
pulldown menu values works, though)
