Our AbiWord package provides an american.hash file.  The debian package does
not, because Debian may already have one.  In this case, our installer should
make a sym link to point to the official Debian version of the ispell package.

Closing. Currently it is up to the packager to handle this. Debian currently
ships hashes with 100 strings while AbiWord require 128 strings.
Abi packaging should provide their own hashes.
