Bugzilla Bug 446

This one is hilarious.  Open latin1, and start adding text to top line which
belongs to the one column section of the page.  Add an entire page worth of
text.  When you get down to the bottom of page one, at least one line of the
three column section of page one stay put.  Thus, your text in the one column
section is now overwriting the text in the three column section.  Keep typing
and now there is a "stranded" line of three column text at the end of page
one.  It is out of place as evidenced by what happens if you try to use the up
arrow to traverse it.   (You don't quite get what you expect)
