Hi,

It seems that if you use "insert file" to drop an image into AbiWord, it'll
segfault. I tested this on Linux, but I imagine this does show up on other
platforms.

Interestingly enough, the image does appear for a brief second. Also, there's an
easy work around, just use insert picture.

I don't get a crash at all on current CVS version. But I do get a freeze

In fact, it is just SLOW and take his time to import the image (choose a big
one). Can't reproduce at all.

Can't reproduce at all. I'm closing this because I fixed a crasher related to 
the Insert Image dialog preview.

Reporter said that he did "make clean; make" and now everything works fine.
