Description:   Opened: 2001-11-23 04:19 
Zoom menu in the toolbar has the following options:
  "Width"
  "Page"

I think we should change these to 
  "Page Width"
  "Whole Page"

This should be less confusing and more consistent with zoom options in the main
menu.

Should be a quick fix.

Changing version from 0.9.0..0.99.5 to pre-1.0 to reduce version cluttering.
All
of these versions are considered obsolete too.
