Description:   Opened: 2001-11-22 03:52 
I would like to use "normal view" as shown in the screenshots.  Using the menu
checks the correct one 
I choose, but the view layout doesn't change.  No matter what I do, the huge
gray borders won't go 
away.

the normal view seems to be working in the 0.9.5 prerelease builds (although not
perfectly).  
i hope to either close this bug soon or make it much more specific

The official binaries of 0.9.5 should be available on sourceforge any time now.

closing the bug

Normal View now works with the 0.9.5 release build 
 i verified on win2000

any problems with the Normal View should be added as new bugs
i.e. the left ruler should dissappear but doesn't

Changing version from 0.9.0..0.99.5 to pre-1.0 to reduce version cluttering.
All
of these versions are considered obsolete too.
