Description:   Opened: 2001-10-07 11:50 
When the window for abiword is too small, some icons can't be accessed.
Some way of getting to these is needed.  Ways to get around this could be;
- if there is enough space, the toolbar could go to two or more lines (not good 
for lo-res screens)
- small buttons to scroll left and right could appear at each end of the 
toolbar.
- a small button to show the rest of the icons (a bit like IE does) could 
appear (when they are shown, it could change functionm, to hide them again)
