Description:   Opened: 2001-08-13 16:10 
First install of AbiWord(.90) on this computer.  No plugins are installed.  Go 
to Tools->Plugins.  Click "Activate" button.  Since no pluggins installed 
should just ignore command.  But AbiWord hangs cold.  Occurs evertime.  
Restarted and still happening.  Running Win98se.

Lasted patch to CVS fixes this problem

this seems like a duplicate, but the whole plugins dialog works fine now
