Bugzilla Bug 1772

Using CPP concatenation operator without need causes numerous warnings in
gcc-3.0 looking like:

ap_Toolbar_Icons_All.h:140:9: warning: pasting ")" and "tb_text_center_xpm" does
not give a valid preprocessing token

Thanks for the patch. You might want to remove the #error line from it though
