Sentence case and title case behave differently than the other `Change case' options, and differently from MS word. That is, sentence case capitalizes the first letter of each sentence, title case capitalizes the first letter of each word. This could be confusing if a user has an block of all uppercase text, which they wish to convert to `sentence case' (i.e., first letter capitalized, no others). I propose that we move the current `sentence case' and `title case' to the bottom of the `change case' list, separate them with a bar/rule, and rename them to something else, like `initial cap. sentence/initial cap. words'. (actually, they should prolly be removed altogether, since this behavior doesn't seem so useful). We should then put in new options, `sentence case' and `title case' which convert the selection to all lowercase except: first letter of each sentence/first letter of each word. We should also include special rules for various languages: in english, sentence case should capitalize the word `I' in deutsch, sentence case should capitalize all nouns (using dictionary). in most western languages, sentence case should capitalize proper names (I don't know if we have a list of them, but it would be helpful for spell-checking too). in all languages, sentence case and title case should make acronymns all caps (I don't know if we have a list of common acronymns -- again, this would be valuable). That is, sentence case should output a validly capitalized sentence (or as close as we can get automatically), and title case should output a validly capitalized title.
