Targe Milestone 1.0 (maybe change to 0.9 later if appropriate)
replicated with a CVS build from July 13 
on Windows 2000

Your expectations of what sentence case does are not the same as what we expect
- the first character in a sentence gets capitalized and the rest is left as-is.
If you feel that this is a bug, add a new bug. BUt as it stands, this bug is
invalid.
