Description:   Opened: 2001-07-04 13:19
This is all under the CVS20010703 vanilla gtk build. As far as I can tell,
this is reproducible as follows:

Open a new AbiWord document, type "This is a paragraph."
Using your mouse, place the cursor at the beginning of the line and press
Enter/Return.
Using your mouse, place the cursor at the end of the line.
Press Shift + Up Arrow or use the mouse to select from the end of the second
line to the first line.
I get the following:

**** (1) Assert ****
**** (1) !m_bFirstWrite at ie_exp_Text.cpp:416 ****
**** (1) Continue ? (y/n) [y] :
DEBUG: Oh no - we just segfaulted!

I have found other, similar selection related crashes like this, but they are
much harder to reproduce.

I think this is fixed now. We had problems with a new acceleration patch for a
while. Please let me know if you get similar problems with the latest build.
