Oops.  Submitted when Abi's disk was full...
The dialog titles appear in English no matter what locale I'm using.
Text includes "Open", "Save As", "Print To File", "Insert Picture"

ive switched to Italian to test this

I think some of the strings may have been hardcoded but have since been 
abstracted (internationalized) to allow for translation (localisation).  It is 
quite possible that the translations you checked with simply had not been 
updated yet.  

Open 
Save As
Insert Picture
have been fixed

Print to File in the Print Dialog is either not yet translated or it is platform 
specific code external to Abiword.  

Seeing as Tim also cant reproduce this 
change this bug to fixed

Please check Print to File before you close this.
