Bugzilla Bug 1578

Format, Style, click Ok or Cancel.   Repeatable on Windows 98 and 2000.  
In the style dialog on windows the buttons New Modify and Delete do nothing.

Does this still occur in cuerrent CVS ? We fixed some bugs in the XP code that
solved crashes like this.

make sure that styles at least seems to work before closing this

Verified. This does not crash, but, at least with the 7-09-01 binary the style 
dialog does not work.
