Description:   Opened: 2001-04-02 15:21
make install leaves files in the tree owned by root. This makes make realclean
fail the next time.

------- Comment #1 From Sam TH 2001-04-12 07:41:30 -------
I've opened this, but I dont know what I would have to do to fix it. You have
to run make install as root, and so the files it creates are going to be owned
by root. I can't think of anything to get around this.

------- Comment #2 From Sam TH 2001-05-14 03:50:51 -------
Nope, this can't be fixed. Sorry.

------- Comment #3 From David Chart 2001-06-02 18:05:06 -------
I believe Sam. Closing.
